Dana started as an intern at The Counts Law Firm, LLC in early 2023 and joined our team as an attorney after graduating in 2024 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. She earned an undergraduate degree in history and a Master of Business Administration from UMKC. A native Spanish speaker, Dana is excited to help an underserved community with their estate planning and probate needs.

Dana and her family immigrated from Chihuahua, Mexico, to the Kansas City area in 2001. She enjoys going to the movie theater, eating good food, and spending time with her family.
