Amy joined The Counts Law Firm, LLC after practicing with a Midwestern-based, nationally recognized firm where she specialized in estate and trust litigation, estate and trust administration and estate planning. She is experienced in trust and probate litigation. She provides a well-rounded view of the probate and trust administration and planning process, with knowledge through her litigation experience of how and when estate planning concepts can go awry and how to avoid disastrous results. Amy achieved her LL.M. in taxation and has experience with high net-worth planning and tax preparation for estate and gift tax returns.
